Dr. Alexander is trained in a variety of treatment methods that address different types of problems. Treatment methods include cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, interpersonal, and humanistic. If you want or need medication, Dr. Alexander will consult with your family doctor or a psychiatrist about a prescription and will guide you through the process
A therapy session is different from an appointment with your medical doctor. To be successful, therapy requires an active effort (work) on your part during and between sessions.
